Liuhua 16-2 FPSO (Floating Production Storage & Offloading) Project is an important part of the Liuhua 16-2 /Liuhua 20-2 Oilfield Joint Development Project in China. The oilfield is located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin of the South China Sea, and it was the largest FPSO with the largest operating depth independently developed and constructed by China at that time.
